I have always found the best way to work into a security job is to try and get in a company and see what jobs are being left undone and learn them. Security is not everyone's cup of tea and many jobs are left undone. See what the current security practices are and can they be improved? My first entry level job I was in charge of the computer backup tapes. I would basically insert tapes, run the job and then remove the tapes and store them on the shelf. That was the way that it had "always been done" so no one questioned it. I pointed out to my boss that it presented a chance for a single point of failure. If there was a fire in the computer room then all would be lost. Since the main IT shop was physically located a half-mile from the main computer room I suggested rotating the tapes on a daily/weekly basis. If you are wondering about the wierd setup and distance from the computer room just know it was on a military base. Just keep looking for experience and improving the security posture of a business. Soon your efforts will be noticed and you can move up or move on.

Another example. I was hired as a computer operator (you know, the kind that all you do all day is select menu options so that batch jobs get run, backup tapes get run, and jobs get printed and distributed. Well I was bored with that as my skill set was easily more than that job was going to challenge me so I kept looking around for opportunities. One day I noticed that the Virus console was not being monitored on a daily basis. Since I had to run backup jobs on the computer that housed the AV console I asked my boss if she minded if I monitored it while I was running backups. She did not and I would alert the IT person responsible for those people whose computers were affected and I would handle it myself if it was a computer under my IT responsibility.
So sometimes you take an entry level position and make it your own learning experience.

We hope for the increase employment rate but it seems impossible when everyone is out of their mind and not looking any ways how to fins stable job. I understand some because of the recession we just recently experienced. But all have to be updated on the employment rate that shows a country sbility to put its population to work and thereby generate income for its citizens. Countries with higher employment rates are likely to have higher standards of living, other things being equal. I hope that the economy will continue its fight against recession. I know that there are lot factors affecting it but all we can do about this is to help each other and face responsibility. payday loans is not a solution to recession rather stable job for everyone.

It's good to have low income job if it's urgent for someone otherwise wait for lucrative offer.By the way,I do not have any job in the Security related company.
